Hi, I’m Kyra M. Anderson, RMHCI, founder of Elsie’s Place!
I created this space to honor the deep, transformative work of therapy — work that feels as safe as sitting under your favorite tree.
With a background in person-centered, trauma-focused, mindfulness-based approaches — and a strong foundation in holistic, brain-body connection work — I walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, heal old wounds, and move toward the life you deserve.
